Description :
Ultrasonic atomization nozzles are divided into two stages. The first phase of the atomization process is first mixed with compressed air to produce a small atomization droplet to eject the nozzle. When the atomized droplet hits the ultrasonic generator at the front of the nozzle, it is immediately microatomized. The smaller droplet is called the second stage.
In fact, the advantage is that the front end of the nozzle is equipped with a specially designed ultrasonic generator. Using the fluid to hit the energy of the metal at a high speed, the ultrasonic generator is oscillated at a high frequency, and the atomized droplets are microatomized again. Compared with the general two-fluid nozzle, This series of ultrasonic atomization nozzles produce more uniform particle size and better atomization effect
